Instructions

General stretching 

Place the stretcher into the shoe and turn handle clockwise until the stretcher matches the width or height of the shoe. Slowly turn the handle clockwise (2 turns maximum to stretch. Leave in the shoe for 12 hours or overnight. If more is required, repeat above.

To Spot Stretch

Determine the specific area in the shoe that needs stretching. Insert the bunion attachment on to the shoe stretcher. Place the stretcher into the shoe and turn handle clockwise until the stretcher matches the width or height of the shoe. Slowly turn the handle clockwise (2 turns maximum to stretch. Leave in the shoe for 12 hours or overnight. If more is required, repeat above.

Please Note

If you apply water on shoe stretch to the inside of the shoe, where it needs to be stretched, this will ease the process and keep the shoe from stretching back to its original size.
